Paste your Luma link and we read the event from its page. Then hand out ways in that each track what they bring: QR codes, an email address to register by, share cards and kits for your speakers. With your Luma API key connected, every registration is added to your Luma event as a guest.

Guests added to Luma for you
Each registration from any way in is added to the Luma event through Luma's API, with retries if Luma is busy. Luma's own emails and check-in keep working as they do.
Every way in, tracked
A page, a QR code, an email address people register by writing to, share cards and personal invites. Each carries its own code, so every registration says where it came from, UTM tags included.
Who filled the room
Speakers and partners get kits with their own link, QR code and card; every registrant gets a share link of their own. The leaderboard counts who brought whom.
What happens on Luma comes back
While the event is upcoming, the guest list is read every 30 minutes: people who registered on Luma itself join your list, and cancellations there cancel here. After it ends, Luma's check-ins mark who came.
Know who's coming
Up to three questions about each registrant's company, answered through programmable.info on your own key, every answer with its source. Personal addresses aren't researched.

Connect Luma
Settings → Connections → Luma: your Luma API key (Luma Plus), encrypted before it's stored. Without it, people are pointed to finish on your Luma page.

The page link, QR codes for slides and posters, the registration email address, cards for speakers and partners.

Watch it fill
Each registration arrives with where it came from, goes to Luma as a guest, and gets reminders in its own email thread.
Good to know
- Luma Plus is needed for the API
- Adding guests and reading the guest list use Luma's public API, which Luma offers on Luma Plus. Without it, the event still works here: registrants are sent to your Luma page to finish.
- Tickets and payments stay on Luma
- Programmable Talk takes no payments. A paid event keeps selling on Luma; we link out to it.
Questions
Do I have to move my event off Luma?
No. Luma stays the event's home. Programmable Talk is how people find it and register, and with your API key connected each registrant is added to your Luma event as a guest.
Will people get two sets of emails?
Luma sends its own guest emails as usual. Ours are the registration confirmation, reminders in the person's thread and the follow-up; you can turn reminders off for an event if Luma's are enough.
Can I see which post or poster brought people?
Yes. Every QR code, link, card and email address carries its own code, and UTM tags on links are kept with each registration. The event's Promote tab shows registrations by way in, and the leaderboard shows who brought whom.
