The service
Programmable Talk helps hosts take registrations for events that run elsewhere. The event itself, and its own platform's terms, are the host's responsibility.
Hosts agree to
- Invite only people they have a reason to invite, and honour every request to stop.
- Use registrant data only for the event they registered for, and follow the privacy laws that apply to them.
- Keep their connected keys (programmable.info, Luma, Zoom) under their own control; research and API calls run on those accounts and their costs.
Not allowed
- Registering people who didn't ask to be registered, or using invites for anything other than an event.
- Using the research to evaluate people for credit, employment, insurance or housing.
No warranty
Research answers come from public sources and can be wrong; they are shown with their sources so people can check. The service is provided as is.
