For B2B workshops
Know every company in the room before the workshop starts.
Write up to three questions you'd want answered about anyone who registers. Each registrant's company is researched through programmable.info on your own key, every answer citing its source, and the day before you get a brief: who's coming, what they're after, and the questions they sent ahead.
Try it: write your event in a sentence
What you get
What it does
Your questions, every company
"What AI initiatives has this company announced?" "Which of our integrations would their stack use first?" Answered from their own pages and the web, with sources.
The brief, the day before
Who's coming, the themes they share, what they hope to get and the questions sent ahead. Answer a question once; it reaches the person who asked.
A page for each registrant
How you can help their company, questions worth asking you, and a box to say what they hope to get. Nothing private about them is shown.
Website evaluation workshops
For a workshop about websites, each registrant's site is reviewed by programmable.marketing before the session, and again afterwards for a before-and-after.
Growth playbooks
Turn it on and everyone who registers gets their company's programmable.marketing playbook through a personal link.
Reminders in their own thread
The day before and shortly before it starts, with their join link and what they said they hoped to get. Replies like "cancel" or "+1 colleague@company.com" just work.
How it works
- 1
Write the lens
Up to three questions about each registrant's company.
- 2
Connect programmable.info
Your own key: research is billed there, on your account, not by Programmable Talk.
- 3
Read the brief
Emailed the day before, and on the event's page any time.
- 4
Run it, then follow up
Notes for each attendee from their review, sent with the follow-up.
Good to know
- Companies, not people
- Research is about the company at a work address, never about the person, and personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook…) aren't researched. Registrants can turn it off from their page.
- Needs programmable.info
- The lens runs only with your programmable.info key connected; without it, everything else works.
Questions
Does Programmable Talk call an AI model with registrants' data?
No. Research goes through programmable.info on your key; the writing tools run on your own AI key and never get a registrant's name or email.
Can registrants say no?
Yes. Their page has a switch that turns research on their company off and deletes what was found.
