For meetups
QR sign-up for meetups, counted per poster.
Print a code for each poster, slide and venue door. Scanning one opens a ready-to-send registration email or the event page, and each code counts its scans and the people it brought. When the room is full, a waitlist takes over and moves people up in order.

What you get
What it does
A code per place
Each QR code is its own way in with a short link, so you see which poster, slide or flyer worked. Print files as SVG, PNG, PDF and EPS, or a ZIP of all of them.
Register by sending one email
The email code opens the person's mail app with the address, subject and a line filled in. They press send; the confirmation answers their own message.
Capacity and a fair waitlist
Set the seats; when it's full people join the waitlist and move up in order, by email, as places free.
Codes that keep working
After the event, the same codes point to the next session or the series, so a poster left on a wall still brings people.
Reminders in their own thread
The day before and shortly before it starts, with their join link and what they said they hoped to get. Replies like "cancel" or "+1 colleague@company.com" just work.
Listed for people nearby
List it and it's in Explore events and its feeds, and every registration that brings is counted.
How it works
- 1
Write it in a sentence
When, where, how many seats.
- 2
Print the codes
From the event's Promote tab, one per place you'll put it.
- 3
Let people in
Scans become registrations, each with where it came from; the waitlist takes over when it's full.
- 4
Next time
"Next session" copies the setup a week later; remembered people register in one tap.
Good to know
- Scans, not people
- A scan is counted when a code is opened (link previews aren't), with the kind of device; no IP addresses are kept.
Questions
Does the venue need Wi-Fi?
No. The email code works with mobile data: it only opens a prepared email, which sends when the phone has signal.
Can I check people in?
Mark who came from the registrants table, or let Luma's or Eventbrite's check-ins come back. The follow-up then goes to who came and who didn't.
