Every registration, from any way in, is added to your Zoom webinar or meeting through Zoom's API, and the personal join link Zoom returns goes on the registrant's page and in their reminders. After it ends, Zoom's participant list marks who came, so the follow-up goes to the right people.

Each person is registered on your webinar or meeting (registration must be on there), and Zoom's personal join link goes on their page and in every reminder.
Reminders in their own thread
The day before and shortly before it starts, with their join link and what they said they hoped to get. Replies like "cancel" or "+1 colleague@company.com" just work.
Every way in, tracked
A page, a QR code, an email address people register by writing to, share cards and personal invites. Each carries its own code, so every registration says where it came from, UTM tags included.
Attendance from Zoom
After the session, the participant list is read once and marks who came. Those who came get the recording and the answers; those who didn't, the recording and the next date.
Know who's coming
Up to three questions about each registrant's company, answered through programmable.info on your own key, every answer with its source. Personal addresses aren't researched.

Good to know
- Zoom needs registration on
- Registrants can only be added to a webinar or meeting with registration turned on. A plain Zoom link works too, as a Join button, without per-person links.
- Cancellations on Zoom
- Arrive through your Zoom app's webhook, signed with its secret token, which you paste in Settings.
Questions
Does each registrant get their own Zoom link?
Yes, when the Zoom connection is on: Zoom returns a personal join link for each registrant, and it goes on their page and in their reminders.
What if I only have a Zoom link?
Paste it: registrants get a Join on Zoom button on their page and in their reminders and calendar file. Per-person links and attendance need the connection.
Who sees the research about registrants?
You and your team. The lens runs on each registrant's company through programmable.info on your own key, and nothing private about a person is shown on their page.
