What's new

October 28, 2026

  • Door check-in

Each person's ticket is a QR code in their confirmation; scan it with your phone on the Check-in tab, or tick people in from the list.

  • Who's going, and bringing guests

Show the first names of people who choose to be on the guest list, and let each person bring guests in their own names.

  • Your events, for the people who come

Anyone can see every event they've registered for, on any host, from a link sent to their inbox.

  • Follow a host, and filter Explore

An email when a host you follow has a new event; Explore filters by when, where and kind.

  • Your event's language

Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Italian for the sign-up form, the confirmation and dates.

  • Breakout rooms and recordings played as if live

Split the room into smaller ones and bring everyone back; or play a recording at the start time, with live chat.

  • Google Sheets and Salesforce

Send an event's people to a sheet in your Drive or to Salesforce as Leads.

  • People, search and a real bell

Everyone who registered for any of your events, in one list with each person's history. ⌘K searches events, people and pages. The bell opens Activity: what needs you, what happened, and (for owners) the audit log.

  • Teammates for some events only

Give a teammate every event or only the ones you choose. Teammates can leave a team themselves.

  • Import people from a spreadsheet

Walk-ins or a list from elsewhere: choose the CSV, say which column is which, and whether to email them.

  • Invoices, VAT IDs and paying yearly

Your invoices are on Billing; checkout takes your company's tax ID; yearly plans where they're offered.

  • A feedback survey, certificates and rewards

Ask people who came how it went (with a Net Promoter Score), give them a certificate, and reward those who bring others.

  • Campaign emails you can format and test

Bold, links, lists and {first_name}; a preview and a test to yourself; two subjects tested against each other; steps you can change.

  • Opens, clicks and page views

How each email did, and a funnel from page views to registrations to who came.

  • Text reminders

On your own Twilio: people who ask get a text before it starts.

  • Recording, captions and the recording on demand

Record a Daily room and it becomes the replay; captions and a transcript; keep taking registrations for the recording after it's over.

  • Run the room

Webinar or meeting, backstage, raised hands and bringing people on stage, links in the spotlight, reactions, a pinned note, slow mode and a run-of-show timer.

  • Your own sign-up questions, and approval

Ask what you need on the form, and approve each registration when you want to.

  • Cancelling an event

One button: everyone coming is told, with your note, and it comes off their calendars.

  • Stream to YouTube, Twitch and LinkedIn

Send the room's call to your channels at once, on your own Daily or LiveKit.
