Each registrant's confirmation and page carries their ticket. At the door, Check-in on your phone scans it with the camera: no app and no scanner. People without a ticket are found by name, walk-ins are added in seconds, and a volunteer can get a link that opens check-in and nothing else until it expires. Everyone checked in is marked as attended for the follow-up.

Do I need an app or a scanner?
No. Check-in runs in your phone's browser and uses its camera.
Can volunteers check people in without an account?
Yes, with a door-only link: it opens this event's check-in and nothing else, for as long as you choose.
Is anyone marked as a no-show automatically?
No. Once attendance is in, you're asked whether the list is complete before anyone is marked as not coming.
